Frequently Asked Questions
When can I visit the school?
Personalised campus tours take place Monday through Friday, between 08:30 and 17:30 CET. To arrange a visit at a time convenient for your family, simply complete our online booking form, and our Admissions Team will confirm your appointment. We also host Open Days and Open Weeks throughout the academic year for families to experience school life. These events are wonderful opportunities to meet our students and staff.
Can I book a virtual tour instead of visiting in person?
For international or relocating families unable to visit our campus in person, we offer virtual meetings and tours. You can request an online meeting through the same booking form, and our Admissions Team will schedule an interactive session tailored to your schedule and time zone.
How long does a school visit usually take?
A personalised campus visit typically lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. This allows sufficient time to explore our large and modern campus as well as enjoy a dedicated consultation with our Admissions Team to address your family’s specific questions.
Can my child and other family members join the visit?
We warmly encourage prospective students and family members to attend together. Seeing the vibrant learning environment firsthand helps children feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their potential transition to RIS. You will also get the chance to meet our Senior Leadership Team.
What can I expect during a school visit?
Your visit includes a guided walk through our natural parkland campus and learning spaces including our Space Lab for STEAM, science laboratories, modern libraries, 230-seat auditorium, and indoor and outdoor spaces. You can observe classroom dynamics, learn about our IB and Cambridge pathways, discuss language support options (EAL and Italian), and receive guidance on the application process.
