Wear it Wild Day at RIS Rome: A Roaring Success

On the 7th of June, RIS Rome embraced Wear it Wild Day, organised by Globeducate in partnership with the WWF, to raise awareness about endangered species.

Students and teachers dressed as their favourite animals, wore animal prints, or donned colours reflecting the Earth, creating a wild atmosphere.

The day began with an assembly on endangered animals, educating the community about the cause and the upcoming WWF fundraiser. Eco-Case Students organised a plant sale, promoting sustainability.

Year 5 students led the WWF fundraising campaign, voting to adopt an endangered animal, while middle and high school students sold vegetables from the school garden.

Wear it Wild Day at RIS Rome was a resounding success, showcasing the community's passion for environmental conservation and raising 200 to help protect our beautiful planet.

Once again, the RIS Rome community demonstrated that collective effort can make a positive impact.
