The Future of STEAM Education at RIS: The Space Lab

Innovation takes center stage at RIS with the Space Lab. This exciting campus expansion is designed to provide students with immersive, hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) and was inaugurated during RIS STEAM Week (10–14 March) with special guests - Elpis Anastasiou, a pioneer in STEAM education, and Prof. Matteo Russo a professor in Robotics. 

Recently featured on BBC for his pioneering work on Elpis shared exclusive insights into Globeducate’s transformative STEAM initiatives. 

RIS Space Lab embodies the shared vision of Globeducate’s Space Centres, fostering collaboration, creativity, and real-world connections. 

Teachers left with new ideas to implement in their lesson, and Year 12 students even interviewed Elpis for an upcoming episode of "Beyond RIS" podcast.
