Rome Is Our Classroom: Year 6 visit European Space Agency
Our Year 6 Primary Years students experienced this firsthand during an inspiring visit to the European Space Agency.
Through hands-on activities, they explored how satellites are launched and the vital data they provide, while also gaining insight into the challenges of living and working in space - where collaboration is essential.

Students took part in a mission-planning challenge, balancing objectives with budget constraints, and stepped into the role of scientists by identifying meteorite impacts and calculating orbital paths to help protect Earth from space debris.

Experiences like this bring learning to life. By connecting classroom learning with real-world environments across Rome, we nurture curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of how knowledge is applied in practice - opening a true world of opportunities for our students.
