Over the past four years at Rome International School Lavinia has consistently exemplified a rare combination of academic excellence, leadership, and genuine community engagement.

A multilingual communicator and native Italian speaker, Lavinia is fluent in French and English and is currently expanding her proficiency in Spanish. Her global perspective and cultural awareness enrich every environment she joins.

Lavinia’s academic dedication is matched by her intellectual curiosity and resilience. She has contributed meaningfully to the IB review process and consistently embraced challenging coursework. As part of her CAS portfolio, she authored a novel and led peer revision sessions in both Italian and French, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and a passion for learning.

A natural leader and collaborative team player, Lavinia served as a prefect, actively participated in Model United Nations, and contributed meaningfully to the Eco Council. Her involvement in school-wide events like Dantedì and her support for younger students—mentoring Year 6 students during their PYP Exhibition and volunteering in the elementary school—reflect her strong sense of community and mentorship.

Athletically, Lavinia is equally engaged, participating in a variety of sports including golf, gym training, hiking, boxing, running, and skiing. Her dedication to physical activity mirrors her overall discipline and drive for personal growth.
