Dantedì 2026: Celebrating Culture and Creativity
Once again this year, the Italian Department was delighted to honour Dante and the richness of Italian culture with a whole-school celebration of Dante Alighieri.
Dantedì is a national commemoration day dedicated to the Italian poet Dante Alighieri, celebrated in Italy on 25 March.

Students enjoyed origami, appreciation cards, chess tournaments, calligraphy, pottery workshops, and, as per tradition, Elementary classes were visited by “Dante” and Beatrice. The PTA’s Medieval Bake Sale added a sweet touch to the celebrations. We are pleased to share that the bake sale raised 375,67€, which will be donated to WWF - a huge thank you to everyone who contributed!

The day was made even more special by students and staff dressing in medieval costumes, bringing history and literature to life in a fun and engaging way.
Thank you for your support!
