Congratulations to the Class of 2025 - IB Results

We are proud to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2025, the 15th cohort to complete the challenging and rewarding two-year IB Diploma Programme at Rome International School.

This year, our students achieved an average score of 31 points, in line with the global benchmark.  Over half (54%) of our students scored above the worldwide average, with 14% achieving more than 35 points, and the highest individual score reaching an impressive 40 points.

In addition, 43% of our students were awarded the prestigious Bilingual Diploma, highlighting our long-standing commitment to multilingual education in Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, and English. 

At RIS, we offer an inclusive IB programme that welcomes all motivated learners. With a broad and balanced curriculum, students are supported to meet the demands of this rigorous, inquiry-based qualification, guided by caring teachers who place student’s academic and personal growth at the heart of learning.

I have been a student at this school for six years and I plan to study mathematics in the UK. The experiences I’ve gained here are truly invaluable. The most rewarding part is knowing I completed it all successfully; I feel a strong sense of accomplishment. I’m ready to take the next step toward a new chapter in my life.

Since 2011, RIS graduates have consistently met or exceeded global IB averages, enabling them to pursue their passion at the university of their choice in Italy or around the world. 

Our graduates will pursue diverse higher education courses such as Medicine and Surgery, Education, Law, Arts, Business Management, Commerce, and Technology at leading institutions in Italy - Accademia della Marina Militare di Livorno, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, La Sapienza, LUISS -  and worldwide University of Melbourne, Johannes Kepler University Linz, University of Liverpool, University of Amsterdam, Bristol UWE, Imperial College, King’s College London.
