A Carnival to Remember: Inquiry, Community, and Spirit!
On Friday 13 February, the RIS campus was buzzing with energy and colour! From the rhythmic drumming of our Elementary students to the vibrant Middle School "Team Challenge," the atmosphere was a testament to our school's dynamic spirit.
Our Middle School students truly impressed during the challenges, while our Prefects modeled excellent leadership by sharing their inquiry into the rich history and global traditions of Carnival. By exploring how these festivities are celebrated in Italy and around the world, our students brought a wonderful sense of International Mindedness to the day.

The celebration was a true community effort. Our wonderful PTA kept spirits high with amazing Carnival and Valentine's-themed activities. A special shoutout goes to our IB CAS students, who supported the PTA's Valentine’s flower sale—a perfect example of Creativity and Service in action.
A huge thank you to all who supported the PTA events: a total of €1.329,54 was raised and will be allocated to future community events.
